What to expect
Self Pay evaluations are available within 3 weeks of request and include the following services
Estimated 12 hours of total service includes:
Initial Intake Interview- 1 hour appointment- telehealth or in-clinic options
Testing administration- up to 3 hour appointment (can be combined with in clinic intake interview, if preferred)
Scoring, interpretation, and report writing
Final detailed Psychological Report within 3 weeks of testing
Feedback session- 1 hour appointment- telehealth or in-clinic options
Estimated total cost up to $1200
Payment: An initial payment of $200 will be due at the Initial Intake Interview. At the testing appointment, a second payment of $500 will be due. The remaining balance can be made in installments.
